Our central office is in Duluth, Minnesota on the north shore of Lake Superior. We are looking to hire and expand our remote team as we have taken on additional clients and market share.

The Candidates we Seek!

The following are essentials for our phase of hiring. We are seeking to hire leaders.

• Top Collectors - Record Setters and Goal Breakers.

• Compliance - knowledge of FDCPA, pre-litigation.

• Collection Experience

• Ability to communicate with empathy and urgency.

• Ambition and the desire to grow.

• Ability to self-manage.

Leadership skills: Leadership skills and the willingness to manage is something we are looking for. However, we understand that some, in fact many, of our greatest members are not interested in leadership, and that is perfectly OK! But those that are and have an aptitude for leadership are encouraged to make this known!

A note: In the past we have found that some good collectors become content after reaching a certain income. We are looking for staff that do not put a cap on their production. Diligence and tenacity.

Work-Life Balance: We believe that the best work can and should be done within a healthy work week. The limit is 50 hours. The minimum is 35. We have and will insist on a stopping point for our most ambitious team members! However, the quality of work we expect to be exemplary.

Pay Scale: In the Duluth Office the pay is hourly plus commission. Base pay is commiserate with experience but for producing staff equal pay is achieved with compensatory bonus structure!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay with commission: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, top collectors can earn double this.

• For the remote position, you need a remote setup. Do you have (or can you get):

Reliable Internet, a computer and headset (we provide hard phones for those who prefer that to softphones), and a quiet workspace?

• Our position is production based with a New Hire Bonus structure for the first 6 weeks to augment the ramp up period!

• Facilitate remote work, pay our staff more; a higher percentage (half of the company's retained earnings for collections done)

• Attract top collectors with higher pay and better corporate culture.

• Support our staff by enjoying the luxury of using existing and new developing technologies and strategies.
